Please bear with my remodeling of my Good Movies to Watch. I am shuffling movies from being in one hub to several. The set up of the hubs, which inclues the polls, has created some unforseen challenges with loading time. I feel the polls are the most important element, however, as the view of many will give a truer picture of whether a movie is truly a "good movie to watch." Thus, please take time to vote if you have already seen any of the listed movies. I will continue to add to the list on a regular basis.

The Next Three Days

The Next Three Days is a 2010 movie that will most definately keep your attention. When his wife is sent to jail on murder charges she fervidly denies, college professor John Brennan comes up with a plan. He intends to break her out by carefully plotting the ultimate escape. Brennan has never committed a crime in his life, which adds to the drama of this suspenseful flick.

Office Space

Office Space is a 1999 flick that takes plenty of jabs at corporate life, Ron Livingston plays office drone Peter Gibbons, who plots with his cubicle cohorts to embezzle money from their numb employers. With both help and blocks from those around him, nerd Milton Waddams, played by Stephen Root, and the affection of waitress Joanna, played by Jennifer Aniston, Gibbons has the slim possibility of finding his sanity and a little revenge.

Passenger 57

Passenger 57 is a 1992 movie where retired antiterrorism expert Wesley Snipes books passage on a flight to a new job. Unfortunately, the plane also carries hijacker Charles Payne. Snipes must take control of the plane from Payne in order to save the passengers. Keep watch for Elizabeth Hurley as one attractive lady!

Play the Game

Be ready to laugh a lot in Play the Game, a 2008 movie with ladies' man, David Mitchell, played by Paul Campbell who takes time to visit his lonely grandfather, Joe, played by Andy Griffith in a way you have never seen him before. David offers his grandfather some pointers on dating. Joe soon becomes the playboy in his retirement community. When David strikes out on his own with his own tricks he meets a girl named Julie, played by Marla Sokoloff who has his head reeling. Now Joe begins to turn the tables and teach his grandson how to win at love without playing games. Enjoy Doris Roberts and Liz Sheridan as co-star in this award-winning comedy.

Reign of Fire

Reign of Fire is a 2002 movie which takes place in post-apocalyptic England. An American volunteer, played by Matthew McConaughey and a British survivor, played by Christian Bale, who team up to fight off a brood of fire-breathing dragons seeking to return to global dominance after centuries of rest underground. This leader of a clan of survivors who hunts down the King of the Dragons has much at stake: His mother was killed by a dragon, but his love interest, played by Izabella Scorupco, is still alive.

Remember the Titans

Remember the Titans is a 2000 film that takes place in the year1971. The people of Alexandria, Virginia are not welcoming African American Herman Boone, played by Denzel Washington, to be the new head coach of an integrated football team. As the season progresses, however, their biased attitudes begin to change. Will Patton, Kip Pardue, Donald Faison, Kate Bosworth, Ryan Gosling, Earl Poitier and Hayden Panettiere are the co-stars in this touching drama based on true events.

Rendition

Rendition is a 2007 movie which focuses on a suspected Egyptian-born terrorist Anwar El-Ibrahim who is played by Omar Metwally. He vanishes from an international flight and is taken to a secret prison. Now, his wife, Isabella, played by Reese Witherspoon, desperately tries to uncover his whereabouts and the why of the disappearance. She also wants to know his true intentions. While she looks for answers, CIA analyst Douglas Freeman, played by Jake Gyllenhaal, objects to the interrogation practices used on El-Ibrahim. Meryl Streep and Alan Arkin are the co-stars.
